Supporting Parents, Couples, and Families in Building Strong, Connected Relationships

At the heart of every healthy family are empowered parents who cultivate emotional intelligence and meaningful connections. In my coaching practice, I focus on three core areas to strengthen family dynamics:

• developing positive parenting strategies,

• enhancing self-awareness for parents, and

• nurturing strong partnerships and marriages.

I’m passionate about working with moms seeking greater inner peace, couples navigating the stresses of parenting, parents of teens, and blended families. My coaching is designed to provide practical tools and support that help families thrive.

With a deep belief that personal growth often happens through relationships, I work closely with individuals, couples, and families to help them develop the skills needed to create healthy, fulfilling connections. Whether you’re seeking parent coaching, couples coaching, or family coaching, I’m here to guide you through the process of building lasting, positive change.

I’m a Denver, Colorado native who never stops marveling at the beautiful mountains. You’ll often find me cycling, sailing, enjoying picnics, or having family dinners outdoors—especially if it involves the adventure of RV life!

My passion is helping children grow up in close, connected families. I believe that starts with parents working on themselves, their relationships, and their parenting skills—and I’m right there with them, always working on myself too.

My own journey has been a wild ride: I’ve been a stay-at-home mom, navigated divorce, started a new career, re-married, and blended two families with a total of six kids. I’ve dealt with tough teenagers and enough challenges to keep me growing, but my story also includes spiritual awakenings, loads of joy, and more laughter than I could ever count!
